ARC HOUSE is a network and platform that supports Black and global majority creatives and industry professionals in the West Midlands. Providing access to real career pathways, collaboration opportunities, and investment in their development.
Also strengthening the talent pipeline between the cultural and screen industries, bridging gaps and developing sustainable access to industry.
Our Approach
We work using research, design labs, strategic partnerships and advocacy. Building the infrastructure Black and global majority creatives need to grow and lead.
Why It Matters
Black creatives are shaping culture, but remain excluded, underpaid, and overlooked in decision-making spaces.
In the West Midlands, the gap between talent and opportunity is wide. There’s a lack of access to industry, sustained support, and pathways that lead to real careers, especially in film, TV, and content.
ARC HOUSE exists to change that.
We advocate for sustained investment in Black creatives in order to develop the infrastructure needed for them to thrive. We’re building power, not just visibility, supporting Black and global majority creatives to shape, lead, and sustain their own careers.
