Lateesha is an experienced creative and talent development producer. She designs pathways, training programmes, and opportunities for creatives who are often excluded from the arts. To date, she has produced learning and development opportunities tailored to artists at various stages of their careers.

Currently, she supports emerging filmmakers in the region as part of BFI NETWORK Midlands. As Chair of the John Feeney Charitable Trust, she is dedicated to championing innovative initiatives that highlight and celebrate Birmingham’s cultural identity.
